Angela LeBaron Music Studio Contract

Contract Terms

This contract confirms that the student and parent understand the policies regarding scheduling, pricing & payment, materials, practicing, and attendance.

Scheduling

Lessons are offered weekly or every other week in half hour time slots. Please see the “Attendance” subheading under the "Student Responsibilities” section for scheduling change policy.

Payment

Payment is expected at the end of each month for the amount due. Some flexibility for payment at beginning of the month or at each lesson is granted on an individual basis.

Pricing

30 min Private Voice Lesson- $35 
45 min Private Voice Lesson- $40 

Student Responsibilities

· Materials: Students are responsible for the purchase of their own books, instruments, and other materials needed for the lessons they are receiving.

· Practicing: Each student must practice 5 days a week. The amount of time is discussed on an individual basis. Progress will be made most quickly by those students who maintain the recommended practicing time.

· Attendance: Students are responsible for their time slot. If a student is not available for their weekly lesson for any reason it is the student’s responsibility to notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance. If the missed lesson is due to an illness, please notify the teacher as soon as possible so she can rearrange her schedule accordingly. Attempts will be made to make up the lesson if possible. If the missed lesson is due to any other reason, or the student neglected to give the teacher the required notice, the lesson will be charged.
